Job Description:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and support various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests.
  • Organize meetings and maintain schedules for executives.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
